1. Subscriptions & Services

Fotopick offers storage and gallery delivery services for photographers on a subscription model (monthly, 6-monthly, and yearly) and a free tier (Snap plan). Since our services are digital and we offer a fully functional free tier to test our platform prior to upgrading, we encourage you to utilize the free tier to verify suitability before purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you may navigate to your account billing dashboard or email us directly at support@fotopick.in.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further automatic payments will be processed after cancellation.
  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter any technical issues or service failures, you may request a refund under the following guidelines:

  • Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered for system downtime, duplicate billing, or technical bugs that render the platform unusable and cannot be resolved by our engineering team within 7 days.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via PayU) within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Return & Shipping Policy

As Fotopick provides digital services and web-based software, there are no physical products shipped or returned.

  • No Physical Shipping: No physical delivery or shipping is applicable.
  • Digital Delivery: Services are activated instantly or delivered online upon successful verification of the subscription payment.
